Winning his first DMC DJ battle at 13, Dwells spent his teenage years mastering the art of turntablism. By 17, he had 3 DMC New York regional titles and a US finals win which led to a 2nd place finish in the world competition in London. Today, he integrates that skillset in his open format sets, bringing a unique and rare technical edge and showmanship to club DJing.

Dwells has shared the stage with everyone from legends like A-Trak, DJ Premier, Pete Rock and Run The Jewels to current heavyweights like Denzel Curry, Blood Orange & Zack Bia.

In less than a year, Dwells has amassed nearly 60k followers and 1.7m likes on Tiktok, where he takes mashup requests via comments from his community.

He is also the creator of the currently viral Kendrick x Radiohead "take off everything" mashup, recently supported by Diplo, Mark Ronson etc. and is a Fool's Gold resident DJ.

Last year, Dwells was invited by film composer Daniel Pemberton to perform scratches for a live concert of Spiderman: into the Spiderverse, alongside a 60 piece orchestra.

He has been tapped by both Rane and Serato to perform routines demonstrating advanced features of their products.
